Then, we will trek through the forest on mystic trails that lead to some of the most spectacular waterfalls in Costa Rica, a place very few people get to experience. Along the way we will have the chance to discover the secrets that lie hidden deep within the canyon. From the first waterfall we will rappel down from the top into the beautiful and pristine canyon below.

We have 5 rappels, 4 of which are alongside or right in waterfalls, and one dry rock face. Then a short trek out of the canyon on a magical trail, jump back in the 4×4 vehicles and head back to the base camp

You will kayak for approximately 2 ½ hours (roundtrip), during your journey you will paddle past islands and inlets where you can observe and admire numerous marine aviary species and their nesting grounds. Partway through your route you will stop at a beautiful hidden bay to rest and enjoy a refreshing snack and to do some snorkeling. Water visibility varies depending on the season.

Kayaks are available in 1 passenger and 2-passenger format. Kids must be at least 8 years old to paddle alone. Sea kayaking is much easier than river kayaking; this Manuel Antonio tour does not require previous experience. Enjoy lunch or dinner as part of the tour.

This morning take a moderate hike on the Manuel Antonio National Park, we take natural trails that head to secret beaches and panoramic views of the park. The Manuel Antonio National Park is one of the most famous in Costa Rica due to its wide variety of flora and fauna specimens. The park itself boasts 3 different trails that vary in grade from flat to very steep. A nature guide who is knowledgeable about everything you will see will accompany you.

The trail you will take is flat and picturesque and loops through the park making your course approximately 2 miles long. Throughout the hike your guide will stop and explain the different nature specimens that can be observed, you can take photographs or just admire the view. One of the highlights of this Manuel Antonio tour is that the park is home to 3 of the 4 existing monkey species in Costa Rica. Throughout the hike you will be able to observe sloths, birds and reptiles as well as admire orchids, butterflies and tropical.

Costa Rica

Fabulous adventure which our 17 year old son said was the best family holiday ever. Everything you could ask for from travelling to a far flung place - abundant wildlife , we were practically tripping over iguanas , monkeys and sloths, beautiful countryside from rainforests to volcanos to beaches and plenty of excitement in between with white water rafting , rapelling and zip wiring. We are now Costa Rica’s biggest fans recommending it to anyone who’ll listen. Thank you for organising such a packed itinerary which still allowed us freedom to explore and worked so smoothly. I shall never forget the howler monkeys calling at 5 am in the trees outside our lodges while the monsoon rain pounded on the roofs and the thunder crashed all around us. Thrilling .

Great Multi-Centre Holiday

A great multi-centre holiday staying in boutique eco-lodges and managing to see a wide variant of local flora and fauna in a non-intrusive way.

Very good, very well organised, we were always collected as expected, the intinerary was reasonably accurate and detailed, we were able to do all the activities requested and all but one was what we had hoped for or better than expected. All the guides/ transfers were very punctual, polite, helpful and friendly.
