Expert Summary

Venancio Belize Expert

Every time we head out onto the reef, there’s always something new to discover — a tropical fish, a patch of vibrant live coral, maybe even a wray gliding past. But for me, it’s the expressions on the faces of new guests that stand out the most. You can literally watch the stress melt away as they take it all in. It feels a world away from the office, and over the years, I’d like to think we’ve become pretty decent cooks too.
